ᐅ What color should be used to paint the rafters?

Hello,
perhaps someone here can give me a tip on which paint is best for painting the rafters! We have to do this ourselves in one week and want to buy something good that won’t peel off right away!

I painted my exposed roof truss white with it about two weeks ago.

You need to apply two coats to achieve a nice finish, as the first coat gets absorbed quite a bit.
