Hello,

we now have our wooden outdoor sauna. Inside, the electric heater is mounted above the floor. When doing a water pour, the water drips down, and the wooden floor in that area changes color, mainly due to the additives in the water.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be placed in that small area? Maybe a tile or something else? It shouldn’t heat up too much or crack.

Sweaty greetings

We placed two natural stone slabs measuring 30 x 60 x 2 cm (12 x 24 x 0.8 inches) underneath. They were quickly sealed with silicone joints. We found them on eBay Kleinanzeigen. Otherwise, the plan was to tile a cement paving slab or something similar.
