ᐅ Well-Made Error Code i50 – Requesting Assistance

Can someone please help us? The dishwasher Välgjord no longer runs, it beeps and shows the error code i50 (the i without a dot). The user manual describes error codes up to i30, which doesn’t really help.
Does anyone know this code and what we need to do to get the machine running again?

Hello, this is probably a case for customer service.
Manufacturer = Electrolux = AEG

The customer service came, and the error code indicates that something is blocking the pump—in our case, a small piece of glass. In the past, when pumps had more power, it might have been able to grind down the glass shard. New pumps save energy and are now so weak that this no longer works. This saves 20 euros on the pump, but the customer pays 127.15 euros for the service call. The technician also found that the "experts" from the Ikea assembly service hadn’t even screwed the dishwasher into the frame. He quickly fixed that as well. The fact that they hadn’t secured the machine fits well with the overall quality of the installation, but that is a long, VERY UNPLEASANT story.

Despite customer service, we are now experiencing the same i50 malfunction again. One wonders which customers actually deserve this service. So, here we go again. It’s a pity—I expected better quality and durability for the price.

Since today, we are also getting this error 50. It flashes red and then nothing else happens. The machine was only put into operation 6 weeks ago. Has your machine started working again? Was customer service able to help?
