ᐅ ETICS facade after insulation: Render appears wavy under grazing light – defect or still acceptable?

Hello! We have had the facade insulated and this evening we saw the result of the exterior plaster under the lamp light. The work was completed today. Yes, I know this is a view under raking light, but somehow the finish still does not seem acceptable to me. What do the professionals think?
