perlenmann29 Jul 2013 16:41After building the house, things continue:
This summer, we have already used quite a bit of water for watering the lawn and flowers...
I checked with the city about installing an outdoor water tap. I save 2.3€ per cubic meter of water.
Now, I’m looking for a water meter that is certified, sealed, and frost-proof. A quick search on eBay showed that the cheaper options (20–30€) are not frost-proof.
Does anyone happen to have a recommendation? Feel free to send me a private message.
Is it even worth it? Unfortunately, I don’t know my exact water consumption in the garden. The area to be watered is about 250m² (2,690 ft²).
