ᐅ Washing the Ikea Sultan Furudal mattress cover

Hi everyone,

I have a Sultan Furudal mattress with a very dirty cover that I would like to wash. Does anyone have experience with washing and tumble drying or cleaning it?

I would be very grateful for your help!!

From what I have read in the old descriptions and remember from seeing it, the cover of the Furudal is not removable. The zipper is only on one side, and even if you manage to unzip it, it’s questionable whether you can put it back on again.
Cleaning was only intended to be done with upholstery shampoo.
