our architect started looking yesterday for bricklayers and carpenters to build a semi-detached house and has already received two refusals (too busy, too long a commute).
Does anyone have a recommendation for reliable tradespeople (no general contractors...), who still have availability in their schedule (construction start in about 8 weeks)? I know they are hard to find...
