ᐅ Two floor plan options

Room Tetris... = apparently modern construction style. Personally, I find it too irregular. So many recesses and seemingly (without any clear measurements) odd room proportions. Please try to create at least a floor plan with measurements in Sweet Home 3D. Then upload additional information as mentioned above and explain your intentions. As it is, your floor plan would not pass any review... Therefore, no points here. Please urgently revise!

I am unable to upload the nicely designed floor plans because the file size is too large.
