Good evening,
a few months ago, we asked the house manufacturer about a topping-out ceremony, and they said that this is no longer done with a prefabricated house.
However, several acquaintances have already brought it up, and now we are quite unsure... topping-out ceremony yes or no??? And if yes, does the construction company have to agree?

In the end, it doesn’t matter what you call it: the main thing is to celebrate the house and take the opportunity to invite everyone you have a relationship with, plus those to come, and have a simple, proper celebration.
