Can someone tell me which items are excluded from the financing?
Furniture is clear, but what about flooring, curtains, etc.?

If you do not have a payment card, you still need to apply for one as part of the financing, even if you do not intend to use the card.
Your repayment will then proceed as advertised through the financing with 0% interest.
So, if you wish, you could apply for and receive the card, then cut it up and destroy it, and simply cancel it after the financing ends.
