Hello, we need some help.
The underfloor heating on the first floor is no longer heating, but it still works in the ground floor and basement.
The pressure gauge shows 1.2 bar. The heating system was serviced at the beginning of the year. I suspect that our 5-year-old godchild might have adjusted some valves.

I noticed that when I turn the red valves in the ground floor to a vertical position, the supply pipe on the first floor gets warm, but that’s all.
Could it be that something is incorrectly adjusted?

See pictures.

Well, maintenance by itself means nothing and doesn’t really provide any information. What exactly was maintained? A heating system consists of many individual components, and many of them can or must be maintained.

Is the circulation pump running?

The valves are closed on the ground floor. Why is it warm there? Or were they installed incorrectly?

I don’t know exactly what they did, maybe they just stamped that they were there. I think it’s running—the pressure shows 1.2 bar (17 psi) and the temperature is 20°C (68°F) on both the cold and hot sides.

I wrote that when I close the valves on the ground floor, the supply pipe on the first floor gets warm, so it seems like the hot water is only reaching the upper floor somehow, which is strange.

Which one do you mean from the actuator?

Yes, the green one here on my end.

So the pump capacity is too low
