Hello everyone,

In May, our patio tiles were installed, measuring 100 × 100 cm (40 × 40 inches), with a weight of 112 kilograms (247 pounds) each. Due to the heavy weight, our landscaper used a vacuum lifter.
Now, four months later, some tiles still have stains where the vacuum was applied. Could you please take a look at the pictures and share your thoughts? Do you think this is permanent damage?
That would be very frustrating, as it doesn't look good at all!

Thanks and regards

Have you asked the landscaper about it? That would be my first step.

Not yet, but he is coming on Friday anyway, so I will definitely ask him then...

This is how ours look when they are wet and drying.

Same here.
The edges are darker due to moisture and because the center dries faster.

But you can clearly see the spot where the grout was applied. And it only occurs on some tiles.
