Hello everyone,
we plan to remove our pitched roof and add a recessed top floor to the existing house. Since the house is only about 6 years old, I am wondering if it makes sense to carefully remove the roof tiles (Ergoldsbacher, LINEA / approx. 160 m² (1,720 sq ft)) and sell them? Is this worthwhile? Or is the effort simply too high to make it worthwhile? Are there even technical reasons against it?
Maybe someone with professional experience or other knowledge on this topic can help.
Looking forward to your advice :-)
Best regards,
Thomas
