Water is penetrating the parapet and the masonry below it. Water is also found beneath the waterproof membrane. However, the membrane itself is watertight, as was recently confirmed.
Does anyone see a way to at least temporarily protect the parapet against rain, as shown in the photos? A full repair is currently not an option because we have not reached an agreement on the cause of the damage, although experts suspect the parapet.
