ᐅ Suspended Ceiling with Chilled Beams – What Systems Are Available?

I am currently in the early planning stage for the interior finishing. A ceiling cooling system and room ventilation are planned for the living areas.
My architect suggested that the most cost-effective way is to embed the cooling pipes directly into the concrete ceiling.
However, I would prefer a suspended ceiling for the ventilation, lighting, acoustics, and other technical installations.

Therefore, my question is: What types of suspended ceiling systems are available that support such cooling modules? Is there a relevant standard or regulation for this?
Or would you advise against using a suspended ceiling and instead install the ventilation in the floor?

As always, the budget is limited, so I am looking for a solution that can be implemented well and affordably by myself.

Construction is taking place in Austria (in case that makes a difference).
