Today, I received several quotes from surveyors for the rough staking out, the detailed staking out, and the later building survey. One offers better prices for the rough and detailed staking out, while another is cheaper for the building survey. Can I award the different tasks to two separate surveyors without any concerns, or could this cause problems?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

The risk that the surveyor, who will later carry out the cadastral survey, might charge additional fees based on the preliminary work done by the other surveyor (such as creating a site and elevation plan or something similar) would be too high for me.
