I just received the structural engineer’s offer, which was submitted through our architect. We are planning a single-family house with a staggered shed roof, living space just under 180sqm (1937 sq ft), a garage, and no basement.
The following items are listed:
1. Structural Engineering
- Preparation of the structural calculation
- Preparation of the layout plans at scale 1:100
- Preparation of the reinforcement plans for in-situ concrete elements at scales 1:50 / 1:25
- 2 visits – random inspections of structural stability during construction
Price: €3000 net
The price seems reasonable to me. What do you think? Is anything essential missing here?
