ᐅ Staircase next to the house + access path for deliveries and transport

SH2017Hello everyone,
After almost completing some parts of the exterior landscaping, we still need to finish the staircase next to the house. We are currently looking for suitable stair treads (preferably granite or natural stone) with a width of 120cm (47 inches).
Once the staircase is completed, I foresee a problem with a “transport path” to get around to the back of the house. The picture shows the temporary stairs as seen from behind the house.
How have you solved something like this, or what ideas and suggestions can you offer?
