Hello everyone,
after choosing the sanitary fixtures and chatting with the consultant, my wife came up with the idea of integrating spotlights into the bathtub’s cladding, which will be bathtub-high and about 15cm (6 inches) thick, to provide indirect upward lighting.
I think it could look nice, but I have concerns about moisture.
Please discuss! :o)

That sounds to me like direct light and glare.

Have your wife look up "bathroom protection zones" online.

everything is possible:

Within a radius of 60cm (24 inches) around the shower head or bathtub/shower tray, lighting fixtures must have a minimum ingress protection rating of IP X5 (protected against water jets).

Even inside the tub:

Only lighting fixtures with an ingress protection rating of IP X7 (protected against the effects of immersion) are permitted here.

Correction.
Someone has already done that.
