I recently replaced all my IKEA Faktum fronts and, after 10 visits to IKEA in 6 days, I’m now facing a new problem (I won’t even start on how unhelpful the staff were and how little knowledge they had):
Here’s the situation:
I bought the Härlig fronts for the drawers. To attach the pictured bars to the new fronts, you need this metal part with the white rubber piece (I’m not sure of the technical term, and the username "Handwerker" is meant ironically). The metal part with the white rubber shown is from my old fronts, and unfortunately, it is impossible to separate the two parts after a single use. So I need new ones. IKEA was no help at all and couldn’t even tell me the replacement part number. Can anyone help me here? I’d be very grateful. I just want to finally finish this kitchen after months.

it does not fit in. When it is bent, as shown in the video, it should also be possible to push it in with the thumb. A light tap with a hammer is also acceptable.
