I have the opportunity to purchase a plot of land in a new residential development and am now considering whether I should buy it. While reviewing the geotechnical report (see pictures), I got the impression that the soil conditions are rather poor and that additional ground improvement measures may be necessary.
Therefore, I would be interested in your assessments of the report. In particular, I would like to know what additional costs might be expected for the foundation compared to a “non-problematic” soil.
