Hello,
We still need a shower enclosure for the apartment.
The shower is level with the floor/ tiled and measures 90cm wide (toward the toilet) and 100cm long (toward the window).
We originally thought of two folding doors. It would have been ideal if they could fold together against the walls when not in use, so the small bathroom wouldn’t feel so cramped. However, with the layout we realized this won’t work because the installers are at the head side... also, the toilet placement means one door would always hit it. Many folding doors also seem to only open inward.
Now we are considering a fixed panel of 100cm and a 90cm door.
What I don’t like about this is that the shower is for my mother, and if I ever need to help her with showering, it might be difficult to access.
Can anyone give tips on what might be a better solution?
Thanks and stay healthy!
