Hello,
I recently bought a used Faktum kitchen and now I am looking to purchase a 30 cm (12 inch) wide base cabinet to add to it. Unfortunately, the full-extension drawer slides in this width are no longer available for purchase (they have been out of stock in after-sales service for 2 months). I was able to bid on one on eb** (yay), but I would like to have three.
My question is: Is it possible to shorten the full-extension drawer slides designed for 40 cm (16 inch) wide cabinets (such as Maximera or the older Rationell models) to fit a 30 cm (12 inch) wide cabinet? A small note: we have access to a cabinetmaker and the necessary machinery is not an issue.
Thank you for your answers.
Best regards, samoe
