Hello everyone,

Our little one is becoming mobile. It's time to install a stair gate on the upper floor. I don’t want to drill into the new staircase to attach the gate. A pressure-mounted gate is also not an option due to the tripping edge. Do you have any tips on how to solve this problem?

Regards,
Alex

Thanks, everyone! I like Geuther. I will order it right away and give it a try.

Best regards,

I have been using 3 Roba units for 2 years now and am quite satisfied. I believe these devices will last for another 1.5 years, after which we won’t need them anymore.

As fate would have it, I am using both.

I found those very impractical at friends' houses because I always ended up pulling it out when opening. We have had Geuther for 3 years, and it works perfectly with one hand.

@Mycraft
But this is not the Geuther swing gate for stairs.
With yours, there remains a trip guard strip at the bottom when opened, right?

It is the "easy lock." If you want to install it without drilling at all, you can only use a strip at the bottom, which does not cause any inconvenience since it hangs on the step. Therefore, the roba at the bottom is drilled directly into the wall.
