ᐅ Region Rhein-Neckar/Bergstrasse: Which home construction company do you recommend?

Hi,

we will probably buy a plot of land tomorrow, on Wednesday, or at least confirm it. It is located in Lampertheim-Hüttenfeld.

Now we are looking for a suitable building partner. We originally planned to build a prefabricated house (timber frame construction). However, today our financial advisor mentioned that solid (masonry) houses can often be significantly cheaper than prefabricated houses.

So far, we have not really looked into solid construction. Most of what we found were also kinds of "prefabricated house companies" using solid construction. However, I don’t trust most of them^^

Therefore, the question is whether anyone from our area has experience and who they built with. Prefabricated or solid?

I have also noticed that very often, no matter what someone writes, they get criticized and are told to build with this or that company instead. So the question is: if everything else seems unreliable, who can you recommend?
