ᐅ Negotiation Flexibility in Prefabricated Home Construction?

laurooonHi everyone,
I’m curious to know which prefab house manufacturer you worked with, and whether there was any room for negotiation. After the final cost is set, the price is usually just over €300,000 (only for the house itself). Is there still some flexibility? Maybe at least a 3% discount or something like that?
I’d be very interested to hear what you were able to negotiate.
Good luck

Yes, they are all doing too well.
Everyone says, "The interest rates are low, now is the time to build." Complete nonsense. The benefit of low interest rates is more than offset by the outrageous land prices and the premium costs charged by builders. I actually don’t find building cheap at all right now, but expensive.
