I am currently facing the issue of whether we should extend the roof over our balcony as weather protection or rather use a sunshade, such as a sun sail.
Next week, the ground floor ceiling will be poured, so we need to make a decision soon. The builder says that a roof overhang would darken the living room... he recommends a sun sail.
What is your opinion?
