ᐅ Roof Garden in the Saarland Region

Hello,

We would like to include a rooftop garden with intensive planting in our new build. A proper garden on the roof, featuring plants, a grass area, and cozy seating spots. However, so far we haven’t found any company in the entire Saarland region with experience in this. Does anyone here have a rooftop garden in the area or could recommend companies?

There are cities (Mainz, Ludwigshafen / Mannheim, Dortmund, ...) that have green roof ordinances. Therefore, I would also expect experienced planners and contractors in the surrounding areas. Otherwise, my immediate thought would be to ask the BUND.

... and before carrying this out: take a course on landscaping and irrigation to understand the responsibilities involved in managing a garden at ground level.
Often, the desire to sit in a rooftop garden is quite far removed from reality 😉
