ᐅ Residue / Discoloration on Paving After Using Epoxy Resin Joint Mortar

Hello everyone,

I used VDW830 joint mortar on the lighter area of GFTk, and a different brand on the darker area, which left strong residues despite mixing the hardener/binder with water exactly according to the instructions, as well as pre-wetting the surface.

Now the question is, are there cleaners that can remove it? Is it more likely caused by the binder or the hardener?
