Nanopixel14 Mar 2021 23:34Hello,
As part of the "declaration for determining the unit value," the tax office requires a calculation of the living and usable floor area for my newly converted apartment.
I don’t think the calculation itself is a problem. There are a few things to keep in mind, but it’s doable.
The question is rather in what "format" the tax office wants these calculations. Providing just the results as floor areas probably isn’t enough; they want the actual "calculation" — what should that look like?

Nanopixel15 Mar 2021 00:10Yes, as I said, I understand HOW the calculation should be done.
The question is, in what "format" does the tax office want to see this calculation? Should I submit a scrap of paper full of additional calculations?
I can provide them with the final result, but they want to see the "calculation"...

A rough draft is a type of form.
If you think it is the right form, then go ahead and start writing.
The other thing is the calculation.
And that is essentially an addition of a calculation:
X x Y = z
+
and so on
In total = ab
This is a calculation!
It can also be written clearly without scribbling. Maybe even typed out....

The question is in which “format” the tax office wants to see this calculation. I received a detailed list from my general contractor. I think the tax office wants something like this.
It looks similar to the example in the attached image.
If you search for “living area calculation form” on Google, you will find many templates.
