Hello,
I just measured again since I recently installed a 90cm (35 inch) corner base cabinet:
You can reduce the 90cm (35 inch) size by only 3cm (1 inch) without having problems with the carousel, or you would need to modify the carousel as well, which I believe wouldn’t be an issue with some skill. That way, you could achieve the 80cm (31 inch) width! 😀

Nayla_10688 Jan 2011 20:37Hello,
I don’t see much of an issue with shortening the cabinet itself, but how are you planning to handle the doors?
Sure, anything is possible, but as a non-professional, I would really advise against it. The design, especially of corner cabinets, is carefully planned, and modifying the carcass can make it unstable, which might also cause problems when turning the carousel.
Best regards
Na.
