ᐅ Recommendations for a General Contractor in the Frankfurt/Darmstadt Area

Hello dear forum members,

I am currently looking for a general contractor with whom others have had positive experiences.

The project is a 150 sqm (1,615 sq ft) single-family house without a basement (solid construction). I have already visited Streif Haus (show home park Bad Vilbel), Weberhaus, and have further appointments with Heinz von Heiden and Kress (Baumeister-Haus). So far, none of these seem to be the right fit.

By Weberhaus, do you mean a prefab house? In that case, Fingerhaus could also be an alternative. Our future neighbors built with them and were very satisfied.

Sorry for the confusion, by Weberhaus I mean WeberMassivbau. It will definitely be a solid masonry house.

Do you mean WeberRechtenbach? They have a very good reputation. We are also building with them. However, the lead time is quite long. It’s best to plan everything possible already in the initial phase because additional costs can often be quite high.

But they really do excellent work, and communication with them is easy.
