ᐅ Recommendation for a Construction Company in the Rhein-Neckar District

Hello,

unfortunately, we are still at the beginning of our journey, but we already have a suitable plot of land.

Now, the company steinke & weller is actively trying to get us to build the house with them directly. However, I would like to see a few other options. Could you please recommend some local or national providers (it should be a solid construction)?

Otherwise, I would of course like to get advice from an expert who does not simply try to sell me a house...

Since the mentioned provider’s website is not accessible, I have no opinion on who might be comparable to them. Searching for "solid construction + city name" (at least the nearest district towns) usually works well to find local providers.

As I saw on Facebook, the provider S&W, based in Groß-Umstadt according to the commercial register, shares its logo with the competitor Ramsauer + Zingraf (Groß-Bieberau, also in Darmstadt district). Both appear to be Town & Country license partners. Differences may exist, mostly in business practices rather than in the model range or construction method, but looking specifically for a regional provider – which I think is a smart approach – only really makes sense if you do not end up choosing a provider who operates nationwide after all.
