Hello everyone, and thank you for having me in this forum. I recently moved into a new apartment and still need to carry out some renovations before it feels fully "homely." Along the way, I keep facing new challenges, such as the following:
In one room, after removing the old wallpaper, a lining paper was revealed. It seems to be in good condition and, in my opinion, can be covered again with new wallpaper. To be on the safe side, I applied a primer coat.
However, in one spot, the lining paper along with the plaster underneath is peeling away from the wall.
The area around this section is firm. Does anyone have an idea of the best way to fix this? Is there a special adhesive that can securely bond the peeling part back to the wall?
Thanks in advance.
