what do you think about these "prefabricated houses"? I’m interested in your opinions because I am conducting a survey for my work.

There have been many discussions here in the forum about the pros and cons of solid construction (masonry) versus timber frame construction.
What do you understand by prefabricated houses?

This is always a matter of personal perspective and taste, and it cannot be generally answered which is better. There are pros and cons for both prefab houses and solid (conventional) houses.

What do you want to hear? I say yes. Why? Because I have already built one anyway.
There were many reasons why we decided that way. But as already mentioned, there are pros and cons. Regardless of the construction method.

This will definitely be a great survey on "prefabricated houses," 😎
