ᐅ Prefabricated House in Baden-Württemberg: Recommendations and Experience

Hello everyone,

We are still at the beginning of our planning. We would like to build a prefabricated house – does anyone have recommendations for the PF/BB/CW/TÜ/RT area? We are looking for a prefab house of about 120m² (approximately 1,290 sq ft), possibly with a basement, for under 300,000€ (excluding land).

Who has experience and can offer us some advice? I am a bit overwhelmed by the many providers, such as Luxhaus, Weiss, Massa Haus, Schwörerhaus, Town & Country...

Mannheim has a prefabricated house center where you can find almost all prefab house manufacturers as well as show homes...

Lucky guy doesn’t need to go to Mannheim, he can go straight to Fellbach.

@Glückspilz, I know a small company that builds using timber frame construction. It’s a family business. Two acquaintances built with them and were both satisfied.

@Glückspilz, here in Pforzheim there are also two prefabricated house suppliers.
