Hello,
quick question...
I currently have a passageway in my house that I want to keep open for now, but with the option to install an interior door later.
Does anyone have experience with this: if I have the frame plastered on the inside, I will lose some height at the top compared to the other door openings.
Will there still be enough clearance later to install a door frame with a standard door size?
Thanks a lot.

I would simply measure it yourself. You need a minimum height of 2.01m (6 ft 7 in) for a standard door. Otherwise, the frame and door leaf would have to be shortened or the plaster removed.
