Hello,
We are building a house with a general contractor. We are getting an air-to-water heat pump from Tecalor (TTL 6.5 ACS).
Regarding the underfloor heating, I said I do not want ERR (Energy Recovery Regulation) and that the heating load calculation should be done for each room with the desired temperature at a 30°C (86°F) supply temperature. The salesperson had never heard of this and said I should speak to a specialist about it.
I am now looking for a checklist or a guide explaining why and how this also works without ERR. Does something like this exist?

@Tolentino has closed the topic, otherwise try using the search function with EER.

Just search for engineering firms, and you’ll find everything you need.

Yes. I would also go with my own engineering firm (which is necessary anyway for the exemption) and then provide the data to the plumbing contractor for execution. Hopefully, the general contractor will cooperate...

What kind of exemption is being referred to here?
