ᐅ Looking for a designer for a geothermal horizontal collector system

Hello everyone,

Is there an online planner for laying out a surface collector that works with Google Maps or similar? In other words, a tool where you can digitally draw the individual loops directly onto the plot of land.

I need to install seven loops, each 100 meters (330 feet) long, but I have to start at the corner of the open area.

Using printed satellite images along with string sections cut to scale and tape is somewhat helpful, but it’s not really effective for precise planning.

Take a look at TrenchPlanner… it’s a great tool for ring trench collectors, but you need to enter the dimensions of your plot yourself. Just search for the term online.

Otherwise, if it is only about the graphical representation: import a screenshot from Google Maps or Earth with scale into a graphic program and draw your loops? In Google Earth, you can also mark the property boundaries.

The TrenchPlanner is only for ring trench collectors, but we have 700 linear meters (2300 linear feet) of pipe to install. Your second suggestion sounds good, thanks!
