I am building a single-family house in Bavaria (Ingolstadt area).
For the building permit / planning permission, we submitted an application to determine the stormwater drainage fee. Here, it is mandatory to allow all stormwater to infiltrate on-site.
How is this regulated where you are?
For example, I direct all water from the roofs into a cistern (with an infiltration shaft), and all water from the driveway infiltrates directly on-site – accordingly, a type of stone needs to be selected here as well.
I would recommend checking with the relevant authority again!
