I wanted to ask a few experts here and hear your opinions.
For example, a Schwörer passive house heats only through the air, which raises some concerns for me about the air becoming too dry. Meanwhile, a Wochner house heats through thermal mass (walls, floor).
What is your opinion on this, and what do you think is the best solution?
If the decision is between EF55 or a passive house, which would be more sensible?
