ᐅ New handheld shower installed in the toilet – it’s already dripping!

Hello experts,

I’m new here. I found this forum because I was looking for help. I am quite desperate. I am German and living in Tunisia. I installed a handheld bidet spray for my two toilets. It is brand new and from Germany!! (Shattaf Bidet Spray, see picture). But somehow it is dripping. At the beginning, right after installation, it didn’t drip. After one day, it started dripping at the first sealing point. I tried to press it again to make the seal close properly. Now it drips at the head of the handheld spray. And this happens with both handheld sprays! I exchanged one head. The first day it was fine, but after the second day it started dripping again. What am I doing wrong? I don’t understand.

I am counting on your help. On February 26th, I am flying to Germany for one week. If I need to exchange the handheld spray, please let me know. Then I can prepare accordingly.
