ᐅ New Fence, Defective Coating?

Hello,

Our fence was installed last week. I noticed that the frame around the welding seams on the sliding gate is not evenly coated. Is this just a cosmetic issue, or should it be considered a defect that needs fixing?

Also, I simply can’t manage to program the additional remote control (purchased on Amazon) Nice Era Flor. The commonly used code combination I found online didn’t work at all.

Ok, does no one have an opinion on this? I have now raised a complaint after receiving the invoice.

In the first picture, I can already see rust on the weld seam on the right, can't I?
I wouldn't accept that.
