I have received the energy performance certificate along with the calculations for our new build. The following values were determined:
Primary energy demand: 59.9 kWh/m²a
Thermal quality of the building envelope
Current building value HT = 0.30 W/m²K
Final energy demand: 26 kWh/m²a
Does our house meet the requirements of a KfW Efficiency House 70 (2009)? 😕
Is the funding currently available again?
