You have a question or problem.
You visit a website and after just four clicks, you find the right expert for your issue. You can contact them immediately, and they will respond quickly and PERSONALLY to help you. They won’t try to sell you anything, just provide impartial advice.
How much would you be willing to pay for such quality advice?

If independent expert advice is not considered a free marketing measure, it will naturally involve a consultation fee. The more complex the topic, the higher the cost. A lawyer charges hourly rates from €240 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments). My construction consulting fee is €110 per hour, which is a typical—and rather affordable—rate for building experts. However, the old Rhineland saying still holds true: you get what you pay for.

Hello Carsten,
For me, there is good and neutral advice available as a free service (not here in this house building forum, but elsewhere as well)!
So: nothing! Hello ypg, thank you for your comment on my question.
I think there are great contributions here on interesting topics.
I have been working in construction for 25 years and believe
that it usually makes sense to look at issues ON SITE beforehand.
I would like to know whether the affected homeowners also seek such help
or if they figure everything out entirely on their own here.

Or were you planning to jet from Velbert to Frankfurt/Oder just because someone has a question?

Sometimes it’s small issues where you just can’t make progress on your own, or where you don’t fully trust your construction supervisor. They all think they know everything. No, I would connect you with someone nearby who can help you because they are familiar with your specific situation.
