Unreasonable? I strongly disagree. Look at the reports about all the nepotism. Houses are rented out on fixed 15-year leases, whether occupied or vacant. And who pays for all this nonsense? Ok, the situation was a bit more complicated. Nepotism occurs when, for example, the mayor rents accommodation to the municipality through his brother from the Red-Green coalition and receives a fixed rent for 15 years, regardless of whether it is rented out or remains empty. Such things upset me just as much as subsidy fraud, because ultimately the community has to pay for it.

So everything is fine with Weberhaus. We only had positive experiences to report here.
