Hello,
Lately, there has been heavier rainfall in the Hannover region.
Our new build has looked somewhat "sad" since then – I have noticed that it appears damp beneath the exterior window sills.
Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if this is still within the normal range or if it is typical after a very rainy February.
P.S. We did not install a drip edge but rather Florentine brick steps. Beneath these steps, the necessary protective membrane is in place for the gap between the window reveal and the facing masonry. The facing brick is a Röben Moorbrand clay-multicolor. The joints at the exterior window sills were done with a flexible joint sealant (external use).
Thanks and best regards
Julian

This is the water that has rained against the window panes and is now running down the wall over the windowsill. As a result, the areas below the window are temporarily more damp than the rest of the wall.
