can anyone recommend a good moisture meter to reliably measure moisture in basement and underground parking garage walls?
It can be a bit pricey...
Maybe someone here has experience with what works well – that way I can be sure not to buy junk. 🙂

Devices from the company TROTEC seem to be quite common. From what I have found out, you should make sure that the measuring range does not end at 100 digits but goes up to at least 200 digits.
The T660 (as the successor to the T650) and the T610 are options to consider. However, the latter is disproportionately expensive.
