ᐅ Modular Homes in Bavaria – Does Anyone Know a Reliable Provider? Any Experiences?

Hello and good day,

My husband and I have a 400sqm (4,306 sq ft) plot near Nbg and wanted to ask if any of you have experience with modular houses? There is Delta Modul nearby. Perhaps someone here has experience with this company? We are open to tips and inspiration.

Although both suppliers quote prices that are not much different from those of a (basic) solid construction house. Leaving aside the current situation in the timber market completely.

The "modular house" is an "innovation from a hundred years ago" that already failed back then and has continued to do so—every now and then it gets briefly revived.
I still don’t understand what advantages you expect from this construction method. Especially not if it is priced above the offers of more market-experienced prefab house discount providers.
