We are interested in how you found your suitable building plot and what your experiences were during the process.

meingrundstück5 Aug 2022 14:48It’s a pity that the issue of finding a suitable plot of land is not being discussed here. We had hoped to get a sense of the sentiment from the many experts in this forum. We have several clients who face the challenge of finding an appropriate plot and appreciate our support. Perhaps there are also people on this platform who are dealing with the same challenge.

@meingrundstück .. but you don’t keep opening new threads on the same topic; instead, you promote your own threads by trying to provide new insights.
Online prospecting as a verified forum member requires first building trust. It helps to contribute your knowledge in relevant threads without putting yourself in the spotlight. If you do this consistently and effectively over time, customer contacts will arise naturally. But definitely not by using a pushy approach.

If you do it long enough and well enough, customer contacts will develop. I rather doubt that. A forum is not a marketplace.
Here’s a simple rule for selling, free of charge: Sell where people want to buy – for example, on a marketplace or in a shop. Then clearly state what they get and at what price. Vague rambling in a forum comes across as unprofessional and scares off potential customers.

😉 ... my experience in the somewhat specialized forum, where I am also active, is a bit different. There are indeed one or two contacts that come about. However, this is less because the specialist was specifically seeking contact, but rather because their professional help in the threads encouraged requests 😉. But on a general level, I agree with you @K a t j a
